The Kilan approach to Program Delivery Enhancement includes:
- Assessment and Analysis
- The Kilan “Snapshot Analysis®” assesses the maturity and effectiveness of existing organizational program and project management practices, determines the desired future-state and identifies targeted improvement strategies.
- Implementation
- The results from the “Snapshot Analysis®” are used to develop a program and project management deployment plan, which acts as a roadmap for the guided implementation of identified process improvements.
- Evaluation
- Continual process and program improvement is achieved through post-implementation re-assessment of implemented project management processes and standards to assess their effectiveness and alignment with organizational strategies.
