CEO

Pam is the CEO of Kilan Solutions and oversees its operations, administration, and client management.

She also manages the IT Consulting Services practice which includes the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and training of enterprise applications, Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Asset Management systems (EAM), and Back Office Systems (BOS) primarily for transportation authorities, municipalities and federal government agencies.

Additionally, Pam is actively involved in the external outreach and marketing of the firm. She is an experienced project manager and technical consultant whose expertise is focused in the planning, procurement, design, implementation and operation of large-scale enterprise applications throughout the public sector.

These applications include Back Office Systems (BOS), enterprise Capital Program Management Solutions (CPMS), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.

Pam’s professional desire is to bring business process and technical efficiencies to Kilan’s clients by successfully supporting and helping to implement their strategic goals and initiatives.

President

Adam is the President of Kilan Solutions overseeing strategic planning and vision for the firm as well supervising the marketing effort and supporting client management.

He manages the Transportation Technology Services practice. This division encompasses the planning, design, integration, operation, and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Electronic Toll Collection Systems (ETCS) and Network Communication Systems (NCS).

He specializes in Information Technology (IT) governance and strategic planning, IT program and portfolio management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), business and technical analysis, enterprise system requirements management, business process development and reengineering, technical procurement support, Owner’s Representation and Independent Verification and Validation .

As a certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional, Adam brings many years of real-life expertise and lessons learned from large-scale program and project initiatives to support the success of Kilan’s clients.

Program Manager

Peter is the Program Manager for Kilan Solutions supporting the client management and administration for both the Transportation Technology Services and IT consulting practices.

He is a certified project manager as well as a senior level quality professional with extensive experience in developing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving quality management systems (QMS) based on the ISO9000 and ISO14000 internationally recognized standards.

Peter specializes in project and integration management, including issue and risk management, technical coordination and team oversight, documentation review, process and systems audit, and schedule coordination.

He has supported the implementation of quality auditing and verification practices for Kilan clients such as the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), SH130 Concession Company (SH130), LBJ Infrastructure Group and NTE Mobility Partners.

Peter’s career focus is to provide expertise in streamlining business, quality management and reporting processes to reduce operational costs and increase revenues for Kilan clients.
